We are an active member of the Corning community, providing innovative and engaging programs for residents across the region. We are committed to using our art as a means for crafting educational programs, artistic events, and engaging opportunities to learn.
Every day, our staff works both within the Museum and within local institutions to help spread meaningful, impactful work that brings the American experience to life.
We offer fun and engaging experiences for people of all ages, including lectures by visiting artists and scholars, extended education opportunities, family events, and children’s programs.
Our work with and within schools is a cornerstone of our mission at The Rockwell. We provide arts education beyond traditional programs, from art programs in local schools, to creative collaborations with community partners around the region.

Our Museum staff mentors students to develop an understanding of art and critical thinking skills. Through these visits, the students become active readers, looking beyond the obvious, while digging for deeper meaning.
