10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Free and open to the public. No registration required.
For preschool age children and their families.
The Rockwell believes that museums act as community centers – a place for safe and authentic arts experiences for all audiences. That’s why we’re proud to once again partner with the Southeast Steuben County Library for Art Explorers’ Story Hour.
This month: Signs of Spring
Children’s Librarian Sue McConnell will read Timothy Rabbit Learns What Spring Is retold by Patricia Candler Brennan. This extra special Story Hour includes a spring-themed art project.
Attendees are invited to explore the galleries after Story Hour for free, including a visit to the hands-on Family Exploration Studio.
About Art Explorer’s Story Hour
On the first Thursday of each month, The Rockwell Museum and The Southeast Steuben Library team up for a story-time experience. Children’s Librarian Sue McConnell will read stories linked to The Rockwell’s collection. Toddlers, preschoolers and their caregivers are welcome.
