5:15 pm - 6:30 pm
General Public: $10 | Pre-registration encouraged
Ages 16+
All levels welcome
At The Rockwell Museum, we believe that art should be accessible to everyone in as many possible forms. That’s why we’re teaming up with Elizabeth Moses from Crystal Heart Yoga to launch our RockWellness series.
Wednesdays, August 14 and August 28, from 5:15 – 6:30 p.m., use the art in our galleries as a starting point for guided meditation and yoga in the Southwest Lodge at The Rockwell Museum. Each class is suitable for all experience levels and we encourage all participants ages 16+.
The Yoga style will be both accessible and challenging. A blended style of Hatha and flow, the class aims to be well-rounded and leave students feeling deeply connected to vitality and tranquility.
Elizabeth is opening her own studio on Bridge St. in September! Crystal Heart Yoga is a newly renovated yoga studio in a uniquely quiet spot in the Gaffer District. Elizabeth’s studio aims to provide inclusive offerings to meet the needs of the students. Initially, you can expect a variety of group yoga classes, private 1:1 yoga, small group private yoga, meditation, therapeutic yoga sessions, and workshops. To learn more, visit her website.
Drop in fee is $10. Bring your own water and mats, but there will be studio mats available in the space if needed.
