The Rockwell is pleased to partner with several of Corning’s finest art stops for a special Downtown Corning Gallery Night!
Visit each gallery for special exhibition opening receptions and experiences. Pick up your punch card at any participating location; at your final stop enter your punch card for a chance to win an artwork from one of the evening’s featured artists!
Visit these participating locations in any order, 5-7 p.m.:
171 Cedar Arts Center, Houghton Gallery Illuminate: Featured Artists from the Corning Museum of Glass Studio 171 Cedar Arts Center presents “Illuminate,” a collaborative exhibition with the Studio of The Corning Museum of Glass, featuring talented regional glass artists, who work in a variety of techniques, styles, and glass medium. The exhibit will be on display in the Houghton Gallery June 16 – August 25, 2023. |

The ARTS Council of the Southern Finger Lakes, Evelyn Peeler Peacock Gallery 2023 Fire Arts Show This exhibition features local ceramicists, flame workers, glassblowers, metalworkers, and more–the gallery space will be filled with a variety of work across a diversity of mediums. |

KIDS ROCKWELL Art Lab Yen Ospina: We Are Made of Star Stuff | Art Lab Grown-Ups Night Out Yen Ospina honed her signature style over the course of 2020 during a period of deep introspection. Yen creates her art to inspire inquiry and expand the viewer’s subconscious assumptions of what feminine, queer, and diverse power looks like. Enjoy tasty bites and drinks as you learn more about artist Yen Ospina’s latest installation. Wine and beer tastings will be provided by Wagner Vineyards and Wagner Valley Brewing Co. of Lodi, NY. |

West End Gallery Light and Shadow Group Exhibition Join us for the opening reception, with music performed in the Upstairs Gallery by Harpist, Meredith Kohn Bocek. Meet the artists, enjoy live music and light refreshments while mingling with fellow art lovers. The exhibition will be on view through July 13, 2023. |
