The Rockwell Museum and Corning Museum of Glass, along with the Memory Maker Project, will be teaming up again for the 2019-2020 year to offer the Meet Me at the Museum program, a collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Association. The Rockwell and Corning Museum Glass take turns hosting this monthly, interactive tour series designed specifically for persons with dementia and their care partners, using art and conversation as a catalyst for meaningful connections.

March 8 is International Women’s Day, and in honor of this, Women’s History Month, and The Rockwell Museum’s Annual Theme of Advancing Women, join us this month to celebrate women in this session of Meet Me at the Museum. Participants may bring an item that represents a strong woman in their lives – that strong woman could be yourself! After a discussion about women in art and in our own personal histories in the Spotlight Gallery, we will share these items with each other.

Light refreshments will follow our discussion. Please preregister with the Alzheimer’s Association at 800-273-3900

We look forward to making memories with you!
