School’s Out, Art’s In! Indigenous People’s Day with PBS Kids & Molly of Denali

Celebrate Indigenous People’s day and connect with music, art and history! Explore and learn about Native American cultures across the United States.
AT THE ART LAB (36 E. Market Street)
- See episodes of the new hit PBS KIDS series, Molly of Denali, featuring an Alaska Native girl
- Play instruments and touch animal hides with Seven Generations of Stewards
- Make-and-take a mythical being collage inspired by the Birds, Animals and Spirits sculpture by artist Abraham Anghik Ruben
AT THE ROCKWELL (111 Cedar Street)
- Design and create your own drum in the Education Center
- Explore the galleries and complete an Art Hunt
- Find Mt. Denali in one of the paintings on view
