Free and open to the public
Are you free Friday night? We are! The Rockwell Museum is a proud participant of the Urban Arts Crawl.
In March, Sharing Space Dance Collective takes over The Rockwell’s third-floor gallery to present “Shift.” Join us at 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. for repeat, 20-minute performances with dancers Melody Clearwater, Kristen Merritt-Edger, Denise Pronti, Erin Saddlemire and Carmen VanNess, under the direction of Amy Bush.
“Shift. To cause something to change. The first thing to initiate change is willingness to change oneself through an individual and very private process. Change of thought, change of connection, change of direction and change of vision through your own mental and physical process. What does this process look like? What do you bring to the table? What are you willing to let go of? What are the possibilities?
This piece moves through the processes of implementing change for self and symbiotic group effort to create growth of community through collaboration. Enjoy the process!”
-Amy Bush, Choreographer/Artistic Director
