    Saturday, May 5, 2018* | 2 – 3 p.m.

This is a presentation of Bare Bones Café, a community-sourced museum experience included with regular Rockwell admission. Refreshments will be available. Full schedule

The Feminist Air Horn is the official podcast of Card Carrying Books & Gifts. Join hosts Sarah Blagg and Sydney Hewit for this extra-special LIVE recording of this podcast that highlights feminist issues, female friendships, woman leaders, literature and more. This episode will feature a surprise guest feminist – audience members will have the opportunity to ask questions for the panelists to discuss.

Sydney Hewit is an 8th grade student at the Corning Painted-Post Middle School. She loves all things theatre and is passionate about feminism, whether dealing with immature peers or reading Teen Vogue to her cats.

Sarah Blagg – auntie, equestrian, feminist, & foodie – can most often be found in her beloved bookstore with a coffee nearby. She is a Rockwell Museum Ambassador, a Girls on the Run coach, and the proud organizer of Corning’s only Girl Gang.

Sean Lukasik is a partner at Creagent Marketing and producer of the Feminist Airhorn. He once designed a button for Jessica Valenti that was described as “badass” by media mogul Ezra Klein. Sean is a proud Rockwell Museum Ambassador and café enthusiast; his favorite is Soul Full Cup.

*Saturday, May 5 is Crystal City Saturday – celebrating 150 years of glassmaking in Corning. We’re showing a little extra love to our locals (zip codes starting 148, 149, 169) by offering free admission for all ages before the launch of a busy summer season.
