The Rockwell believes that making and experiencing art transforms our quality of life! While many of the family-friendly stations at the Museum were not available due to COVID-10 health and safety precautions, The Rockwell’s education team introduced no-touch activities and Art On The Go Kits, bringing Rockwell family programming into your home. Video instructions and printable instruction guides are still available for families and educators! Please continue to use these resources in your home and classroom.
Each month, Children’s Librarian Sue McConnell reads beloved stories thematically linked to The Rockwell’s art collection – during this time, we continue to offer this series virtually on Facebook Live! Use the activities below after the story to spark creativity and imagination. Free and open to pre-school age children and their caregivers. These activities can stand alone, too, if you missed the live stream!
