Due to the uptick of COVID-19 cases in our region and the associated impacts on our operations, we have adjusted the format and timeline of this event. The new event time is 6-7:30 p.m.

6:15 p.m. — 7:30 p.m. | Welcoming Remarks, Introduction of Acquisition Options, Acquisition Voting and Announcement
In lieu of a cocktail reception, we will be providing to-go gourmet hors d’oeuvres with an accompanying bottle of sparkling wine at the conclusion of the event.
Proof of vaccination is required for this event. Please be prepared to present one of the following when you arrive:
- NY State’s Excelsior Pass
- Official vaccination card or a paper copy
- Photo of your vaccination card on your mobile device
