Silver Dollar Society Members are invited to an exclusive reception for the opportunity to meet and talk with our new Curator of Collections, Kirsty Buchanan. Kirsty Buchanan joined The Rockwell Museum in January 2015, bringing with her fourteen years of experience in fine arts management. Hailing from Dallas, Texas, Kirsty brings with her an infectious passion for American art and the great artists of our collection.
Kirsty formerly was the managing director of the western art department for Heritage Auctions. While there she co-directed the largest fine art auction in the company’s history and under her guidance, the department established new world auction records for a variety of western and American artists.
